On December 24th, the Trip for Two was drawn at the Fannside Office by Beth O'brien. This years winner was Fred Timm of Huntley. He signed up at Weltzien's Country Store. Winning the ski trip, drawn from the Huntley Supermarket, was Judy Myers of Huntley. Del Borhart of Huntley was this years winner of the TV ftom V ft V Electronics. Del signed up at the Huntley Phannacy. Betty Gibson of Algonquin was the recipient of a dinner for two at Sam's FamUy Restaurant. The gift certificate winners and the merchants were: Sandy Otto of Woodstock from V ft V Electronics; Ted Boncosky of Algonqufai from Freund Equipment: LeRoy Htzgerald of Hontiey

SCHOOLBOARD MEETING
The regular meeting of the Board of Fducation of School District 158 Huntley Consoli¬ dated Schools, Hnntley. Illinois
was held in the High School building on December 9th.
The President called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Upon roll call the following members answered present: Mrs. Basel. Mrs. Massett. Mr. Heavey. Mr. Pupich, and Mr. Zirk. Absent: Mr. Reid, and Mr. O'Brien.
All present joined in the Pledge to the Flag.
Mr. Heavey moved Mrs. Massett 2nd to approve the minutes of the November 18 regular meeting as written. Motion carried 5 Yeas - 0 Nays.
Mrs. Basel moved Mr. Heavey 2nd to approve the confidential minutes of the November 18 executive session as written. Motion carried 5 Yeas -0 Nays.
Mrs. Basel moved Mr. Zirk 2nd to approve the minutes of the Policy committee meeting of November 29 as written. Motion carried .1 Yeas - 0 Nays.
Mr. O'Brien having joined the meeting at 7:45 P.M.
Members of the Hannah Martin Memorial Committee
presented a plaque and a Picture in memory of Miss Martin, also the committee will donate an adding machine in her memory. Miss Martin taught for 60 years with (4) days absent. The Board also heard and interview with Miss Martin which was taped in 1973. Mr. Pupich accepted the gift and thanked the committee on behalf of the Board, School, and Community.
Mr. Heavey moved Mr. O'Brien 2nd to approve payment of the monthly agenda of bills. Motion carried 6 Yeas- 0 Nays.

Mrs. Basel moved Mr. O'Brien to approve reimburse¬ ment of Imprest Fund the sum of $849.95 for total expendi¬ tures. Motion carried 6 Yeas-0 Nays.
