Schawk's Robinson Industries Expands Packaging Services

Robinson Industries' new 35,000 square foot facility and the consolidation of thermoforming and printing operations makes
Robinson a one-stop source for carded packaging.
Recently, Robinson Industries Inc., a Schwak Company, completed the construction and outfitting of its new facility m Huntley, IL. Robinson is Schawk's carded pacicaging operation.
The new 35,000 square foot facility has enabled Robinson to
substantially improve its exist¬ ing operations. Such improve¬ ments include fully automatic thermoformers that form, die- cut, stack product and wind-up scrap in one operation and a modem tooling department for aluminum molds and dies for blisters, clamshells and trays.

The regular meeting of the Board of Education of School District #158, Huntley Consoli¬ dated Schools, Huntley, Illinois was held in the High School Building on December 19, 1985 at 7:30 pm.
The meeting was called to order by the President at 7:30 . pm. Upon roll call the foUowing members answered present: Mrs. McDonald, Mrs. Schadt, Mr. Heavey, Mr. Greve, Mr. Freeburg, Mr. Miller, Mr. Bauman.
All present joined in the Pledge to the Flag.
1. Mr. Freeburg moved, Mr. Greve, 2nd to approve the minutes of the November 21, regular meeting as written. 6 yeas - 0 nays. Motion carried.
2. Mr. Greve moved, Mrs. McDonald 2nd to approve the minutes of the November 21, executive session as written. 6 yeas - 0 nays. Motion carried.
3. Mrs. Schadt moved, Mr. Heavey 2nd to approve the minutes of the November 27, special meeting as written. 5 yeas - 0 nays. Motion carried.
4. Mr. Greve moved, Mrs. Schadt 2nd to approve the minutes of the November 27, executive session as written. 5 yeas - 0 nays. Motion carried.
5. Mr. Freeburg moved, Mr. Greve 2nd to approve the monthly agenda of bills and imprest bills.
Education: $23,216.23; OBM: $8,354.00; Bond & Interest; $109,519.15; Transportation: $6,747.05; Total report: $147, 936.43. Yeas: Freeburg, Greve, McDonald, Schadt, Miller, Heavey, Bauman. Nays: None. 7 yeas - 0 nsys. Motion carried.
6. Mr. Heavey moved, Mr. Freeburg 2nd to approve a resolution adopting additional or supplemental budget, mak¬ ing use of additional tax funds made available by passage of the November referendum. Yeas: Heavey, Freeburg, Mc¬ Donald, Schadt, Greve, Miller, Bauman. Nays: None. 7 yeas - 0 nays. Motion carried.
7. Mr. Greve moved, Mrs. Schadt 2nd to approve a resolution levying additional tax for educational purposes, this additional levy was made possible by passage of the November referendum. Yeas: Greve, Schdt, McDonald, Hea¬ vey, Freeburg, Miller, Bauman. Nays: None. 7 yeas - 0 nays. Motion carried.

Robinson Industries, Inc., is one of eight Schawk Companies producing electronic and con¬ ventional color separations, film, plates and proofs for lithography, flexography and gravure, laser dies and plastic display packaging.
Hantley Medical Center of Memorial Hospital Holds Open House
Hctured above is Scott Samuels from Memorial Hospital for SlcHenry County at their newly opened facilities in Huntley. The hospital will house a number of doctors to service the needs of the Huntley community. Pictured with Mr. Samuels are Paul Reid, vice president of the State Bank of Huntley and Wayne Miller, President of the State Bank of Huntley at the safe door at the Medical Center. The safe will be used to store files. The combination. President Miller stated, will be turned over to the medical center. Inddently, Mr. Miller celebrated his 25th anniversary with the bank to November.
