AMERICAN LEGION ITALLATION
, Last Saturday. July 28. the American Legion and Auxiliary held a joint installation at the Legion Home. Ralph Peters, outgoing Commander, began the ceremony while May Chesak played the piano. A Color Guard brought the American and Legion flags to the front. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
District President mabel Schult/ began the Auxiliary installation by reading a letter from Danny Thomas thanking the Auxiliary for a donation to St. .lude's Hospital. She then introduced Mary Lou Hardy and Neva Robertshaw. Mary Lou received a Community Service Award from the Districi
