Huntley Harvestors Cooking Class
On July 19, Emily Lombard, Krista Jurs, Megan Sunderlage, Susie Stier, Heather Schneiderman, Missy Conforti & Mrs. Stier (pictured) from the Huntley Harvestors Cooking Class toured the kitchen at Coleman's Restaurant in Crystal Lake with "Tony the Cook" (pictured). We got to see the walk in freezer. All the people wear beepers to tell when the food is ready. They type in the orders on the computer and it comes out in the kitchen. We also got to see where they make the food and the four different stations. After the tour we went to McDonalds and had ice cream. Members not pictured are Scott Stier, Kimmy Jurs and Trudy Jurs. Good Luck at the Fair to the entire class.
