Four counties will be repreaented. Tbey are McHenry, Kane, DuPage and Wtll. Sefreshments will be served at the Legion following the contest. VARSITY BEATS CENTRAL The Varsity Redskins, under the direction of Coach Brown, beat Central 70-6S in an excellen home game. The band enter¬ tained the crowd with some good music before the game and at halftime. The Color Guard presented the flag as the band played "The Star Spangled Banner." The starting lineup for the Skins were Dale Erath, Dave Livingston, Paul Eisen¬ menger, Todd C\u}f. and Pat Schweiger. Central's Schuring put the 1st pts. on the board. Erath made a super steal. Rocket Schuring scored again. Clark came right back with 2 pts. Kunde made a' free throw. Erath made a save. Rocket Schuring scored. liviog- ston made a free throw. Qark stole the ball and Eisenmenger tied up the game. Rocket Walker scored. Erath tied up the game on a layup. Rocket Barnes stole and Schuring scored. Eisenmenger tied up the game at 10-10. Continued on Page 4 PARKDISTRICT MEETING MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HUNTLEY PARK DISTRICT The regular meeting of the Hundey Park District was called to order at S p.nh by President j Borhart on Wednesday, January ¦ 27, 1982. Present were Commissioners Borhart, Tures, I Mercer, Weltzien, and Jurs, and LeRoy Wirsing, Robert Rennebohm and Jim DeferviUe. The minutes of the December meeting were read. Mr. Tures moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Mr. Jurs. AU ayea and the motion carried. Tho Treasurer's repmt was given. -Mr. Tures moved to accept the report, seoonded by Mrs. Mercer. AU ayes and the motion carried. The biUs for the month were presented. Mr. Jurs made . a motion to pay all biUs, aeoonded by Mr. Tures. AU ayes and tbe motion carried. A large nun)ber of reserva¬ tions for park facUities were presented. All resMvatkms were accepted. Mr. Wirsing gave his ^ maintenance reixxt and discuas- ! ed wth the boaird the February I projects. The board decided to look at the mowers and make a dedsion at the next meeting.
