UON'S CLUB CHRISTMAS DINNER
ATHLETIC BANQUM
The Huntley Lion's Club held their annual Christmasl Dinner-Dance at the American Legion Home last Saturday with a I large crowd attending. The group had a delicious tuitey dinner served by the Auxiliary with all the trimmings. A friend with rosy cheeks and a long white beard dropped by to wish everyone a Merry Oiristmas.

Those present were: Presi¬ dent Enstrom, Trustee Wicke, Dhamer, Berlin. Mercer, Brown and Rudsinski, as well as Village Engineer Schwegel and members of the Public Works Department.
The November Sth, 1981 minutes were presented to the Board and their being no additions nor corrections, they stood approved as presented.
After review by the Board, Trustee Mercer made a motion that the Treasurer's Report, submitted for the month of November, be approved as presented, seconded by Trustee Berlin, and upon roll call, all trustees voted aye and the motion carried.
The expenses for the current month were brought before tbe Board for approval. A motion was made by Trustee Widte, seconded by Trustee Brown, to approve of the payment of said expense and upon roll call, all truMees voted aye, tbe motion carried.
An invoice from Bakley Construction Corporation cover¬ ing the final payment of the Grove Street Sanitary Sewer Extension contract ia the amount of $3,372.60 was submitted and approved for payment by Baxter and Woodnun. A motion was made by Trustee Rudsinski, seconded by Trustee Dhamer, to make payment of same and upon roll call, all trustees voted aye and , the motion carried. At the same

Refreshments will be served by the Celas following the program.

Dr. Bunt opened the Annual Winter Athletic Banquet laat Tuesday, December 1st welcom¬ ing athletes and their parenta at the the Grade Sdiool Cafeteria. Mr. Delaney gave tbe Invoca¬ tion. Brett Barrett picked the order of tables to tbe food. A spaghetti simper waa cooked by Mrs. Hutcfaiaaon wHh hUbat Schultz helping. A lafge assortment of salads, relishes and desserts tempted tbe crowd.
