Last Saturday was the culmtoatton of tong hours of work for seventh and ei^th graders as they displayed their sdence projeds for judgtog and to the public. The young people started researchtog theh projed over a mpnth ago.They also had to build a disptoy and wrhe a speedi about theh projed. All displays were judged and the wtoners were announced. They are:

The regular meettog of the Huntley Park Distrid was called to order at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 1983. Present were Commlsstoners Borhart, Mercer and Jurs, LeRoy Whstog, Attomey Cow¬ lto and gene and Norma Ltodsey. Absent were Commts¬ stoners Tures and Wehzien.
The mtoutes ofthe January 26 meettog were read. A motton to approve the mtoutes was made by Mr. Jurs, second by Mrs. Mercer. All Commisstoner voted aye and the motton carried.
The Treasurer's Report was given. Mrs. Mercer made a motton to accept the report, seooaded by Mr. Jurs. All eves and the motton carried.
The bills for the month were presented. Mr. Jurs moved to pay all bills, seoonded by Mrs. Mercer. All ayes and the motton carried.
Mr. Whstog and the board discussed the work schedule aad preparattons for Sprtog.
Mr. Ltodsey and the board talked about the proposed sportsfield south of the Huntley High Sdiool. Then Mr. and Mrs. Ltodsey left the meettog.
A motton by Mrs. Mercer, seoonded by Mr. Borhart, was to authorize Len Boihart to meet and negotiate whh the consen¬ sus of the board. All ayes and the motton carried.
The reservattons for paric facilhies were presented. All were approved.
