The April 2nd, 1981 regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Huntley was held in the Board Room of the Village HaU and brought to order at 8:00 p.m. by Presi4tent Enstiom.
Present were: Presideat En¬ strom, Tnuteea Stroupe, Wicke
BudsiBsia,j8iMH»ii,MMe«eM. *kA Limb. Also pt^seat wet« Attorney W. Binder of tbe Village's law firm, Village, Engineer Schwegel snd mem bers of the Public Works| Department.
The minutes of the March! Sth, 1981 were reviewed by thej Board and there being no| additions nor corrections the; stood approved as presented.
The Treasurer's Report and financial reports were examined after which a motion was made! by Trustee Stroupe, seconded by Trustee Lamb, to approve the Treasurer's Report. Upon] roll call, ali trustees voted aye and the motion carried. Trustee Stroupe aksed that the minutes show that the ^ustees were pleased to receive advance notice of all acount balances to date so that they have a better insight on the financial situation for working up the 1981-82 budget. The Treasurer was to be commended. In connection with year-end, the trustees were advised that due to year-end payables, mainly annual salar¬ ies, the fmancial reports may not be ready for the May meeting. The trustees were aware of this and agreed.
The bills for the current month were presented and a motion was made by Trustee Wicke, seconded by Trustee Rudsinski to approve of their payment, and upon toll call, all trustees voted aye and the motkm carried.

HUNTLEY HARVESTORS TAKE lst PLACE IN SHARE-THE-FUN
Last Friday, April 3, the Himtley Harvestors competed in Share-The-Fun at Jacobs High Scfaool taking 1st Place in the McHenry County race. They wiU be going downstate to compete at the State Fair on August 13th. Ttae group wUI be raising fimds for their trip and wiU dedde on their {Kojects tbls Thuraday. Tbe 4-Hers wUl appear at tbe FFA Banquet <m May 12th and at tbe McHenty County Fair on Auguat 6tb. This is tbe seoiwd time in three years that this club has taken 1st Place \n Share-The-Fun.
