This Act-shall be known and may be cited as the Smoke Detector Act. "Approved smoke detector" or "detector" means a smoke detector of the ionization or photoelectric type, which complied with all the requirements of the Rules and Regulatios of the IlUnois State Fire Marshal. "Dwelling unit" means a room or suite of rooms used for human habitation, and includes a single family residence and each living unit in a mixed-use building. The regular meeting of the Board of Education of School District #158, Huntley ConsoUdated Schools, Huntley, Illinois was held in the High School building on June 16, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order by a Board Member at 7:38 p.m. Upon roll call thc following members answered present: Mr. Crabill, Mr. Greve, Mr. Bauman, Mr. Freeberg.
