Library Awards Prize To Jamie Heckl
*\S04s
Jamie Heckl of Huntley was the winner of the drawing held by the Huntley Library District.
During Huntley's Sidewalk Sale, Aug. 11, many, many people, young & old, dropped in a slip for the drawing while sipping lemonade at The Library District's Lemonade Stand. The Prize was the New York Public Library Desk Reference Book. The lemonade and the book were donated to the newly established Huntley Library District.
The Winner Is . . . Jamie Heckl of Huntley!
The book contains reference information on a incredible assorment of subjects; people, places, animals, plants, planets, law, etc. Jamie was already planning how she could use all that information when she enters 5th grade with Miss Lawlor this fall.
