Exer Loss A Weight Control Program
As part of our new Wellness Program with Memorial Hos¬ pital, Woodstock, the Huntley Park District is pleased to announce a new weight control program called Exer-Loss. This program runs from Sep¬ tember 15 through December 12.
This program relies on ex¬ ercise as the key in attain¬ ing control over weight. The program will begin with a fitness profile that will al¬ low us to write an exercise prescription as well as diet guidelines. There will be five support meetings to help keep you on track and you'll be encour- aged to stop into the Doctors office for weight checks and blood pressures and some moral support. The fee for this part of the pro¬ gram is $25.
The Hospital will also make available a blood test to provide information on cho¬ lesterol and triglycerides. The cost for this profile is $20.00
Since the Park provides a very fine exercise program you may want to exercise with us. You may sign up for reg¬ ular classes or sign up for the full length for the Exer- Loss Program. We have a spe¬ cial rate for those who real¬ ly want to make a commitment. For $60.00 you can attend as
many Park District fitness classes as you can fit into your schedule from September through December 12.
We ask that you call the Park Office (669-3180) to register. Our first meeting will be September 15 at 10:00 a.m. at the Congregational Church. If you are only able to attend evening meetings, please let us know so that we can schedule additional meet¬ ings for evening hours.
If you would like more information about Exer-Loss, call the Park Office.

The goal of the Huntley Jaycees is to collect five thousand plus bales of hay. As of late Sat. they had col¬ lected three thousand five hundred bales and more were on the way.
