SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES
The regular meeting of the Board of Education of School District #158. Huntley Consolidat¬ ed Schools. Huntley, Illinois was held in the High School Building at 7:30 P.M.. December 14, •1977..
President Mrs. Livingston, call¬ ed the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M.. Members present were Mrs. Livingston. Mr. Grismer, Mrs. Koppie, and Mr. Zirk. Mr. Brettschneider, Mr. Pupick. and Mrs. Pawl absent.
Mr. Grismer made a motion to accept the minutes as corrected, second by Mrs. Koppie. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried.
Payment of bill was approved on a motion b\ Mr. Zirk, second by Mrs. Livingston. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried.

A motion to increase salaries of two emplovLCs lo minimum of !2.65 per hour as of January 1, 1978 was made by Mrs. Koppie and second by Mr. Grismer. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried.
To adopt semester lest sched¬ ule January 12 & i3 was made by Mrs. Livingston and second by Mrs. Koppie. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried.
A motion to appoint Larry Kahl as grade school volleyball coach was made by Mr. Grismer and second by Mr. Zirk. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried.
A motion to transfer payment for natural gas to the Operation and Building Fund from the Education Fund up to !18,000.00 or the end of the FY 78, whichever occurs sooner, was made by Mr. Zirk and second by Mrs. Koppie. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried.
A motion by Mrs. Koppie, second by Mr. Grismer, to accept the request for early graduation from the following; Stephanie Foutch, Beck Fruin, Peg Harting, Tracy Kluwe, Mary Iberling, Mary Ann McNeil, Dean Graske, Bill Maynard, and Christ Spinol- as. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried.
A motion to approve contracts of Non-Certified persons, Eva Isenhart, Irene Yurs.viola Lake, Phyllis Wiesneth, Marcy Kalsow. Violet Williams, Margaret Swan¬ son, Roland Moore, and Soren Bungard was made by Mr. Grismer and second by Mrs. Livingston. 4 Yeas 0 Nays Motion carried. .
A motion to approve request for Tax Sheltered Annuity by Mrs. Holtzee with Horace Mann Life Ins. Co. was made by Mr. Zirk and second by Mrs. Koppir. 4 ZYeas 0 Nays Motion carried.
