Patients will be able to chose a personal physician from five experienced medical specialists, including three family practi¬ tioners, a general suregon, and an obstetrician/gynecologist. The physicians practicing in Huntley will include: A.K. Stacai, M.D. - A general surgeon and medical director of Memorial Hospital's emergency department. Dr. Sircar is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the Royal Society of Medicine, London. Dr. Sircar currently practices in Marengo, where he provides famUy medical care. He and his family reside in Woodstock. David R. Bnuh, M.D. - A family practitioner and graduate of the University of Illinois Rockford School of Medicine. Dr. Bruah served his residency at the Decatur Family Practice Program, Southern Illinois School of Medicine. Dr. Bruah and his family reside in Crystal Lake. Robtai K. Pnidly, D.O. - Also a family practitioner. Dr. Purdy graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, DesMoines, Iowa. He served his residency at West Suburban Hospital Medical Center, Oak Park, Illinois, and currently practices and resides with his family in Woodstock. S. Michad Leaaer, M.D. - A family practitioner and also a graduate of the University of Illinois Rockford School of Medicine, Dr. Lesser served his residency at Appleton Memorial Hospital, Appleton, Wisconsin. A private pilot and advanced cardiac life support instructor, Dr. Lesser idso resides in Crystal Lake, where he and Dr. Bruah currently have medical offices. CoBccpcioa Dy Keyea, M.D. - A board-certified obstetrician/ gynecologist, Dr. DyReyes currently practices in Wood¬ stock. Befbre coming to McHenry County she served as chief resident and director of obstetrics and gynecology at St. John's Episcopal Hospital, Brooklyn, New York. Dr. DyReyes and her family reside in Woodstock. All five physicians will provide personalized medical care. Patients will be able to choose a personal physician and visit that physician each time they use the Medical Center. In emergencies, patients can receive care from any of the five physicians, or utilize Memorial Hospital's emergency center. Initially, the facility will have Monday through Friday hours. Dr. Sircar will be available Monday afternoons. Dr. Purdy will see his patients on Tuesday mornings. Dr. DyReyes will have office hours Wednesday afternoons, while Dr. Lesser will be available Thursday morn¬ ings, and Dr. Bruah on Friday afternoons. In addition, the hospital plans to offer a variety of health education activities on evenings and weekends. Jmiior High Oioral Festival The Huntley Junior High Chorus will be hosting students from Woodstock and Marengo for a Choral Festival, Friday November 15. During the afternoon they will be rehears¬ ing Wayne Easley, our guest conductor. Mr. Easley has conducted similar festivals in Colorado, throughout Northem Illinois, and is presently teaching Junior High music in Crystal Lake. To culminate the day's activities a concert will be presented at 7:00 pm in the grade school gym. The Huntley High School Choir will be singing as well as over ISO Junior High musicians. Please join us for an exciting musical evening. AlnminomCan Drive The Angie Committee would like to thank everyone who donated their aluminum cans for the benefit of Angie. We collected over 800 lbs. That's at lot of cans. A few people didn't know about the drive so if anyone would like to still give their cans, they can drop them off at Chuck Dammyer's house at 10614 Philip Drive, for the next two weeks.
