Upon roll call the following members answered present: Mrs. Basel, Mr. Spears, Mr. Reid, Mr. Pupich, Mrs. Living¬ ston and Mr. Zirk. Absent: Mr. Grismer All present joined in the Pledge to the Flag. ¦ Mrs. Basel moved Mr. Spears 2nd to approve the minutes of the Janaary 15, meeting with oorrectkms. The motion carried 6 yeas and 0 nays. Mr. Grismer joined the meeting at 7:34 P.M. Mr. Pnpich moved Mr. Zirk 2nd to reimburse Imprest Fund tor total expenditures the sum of $552.20. Commissioners Ruth, Weltzien, Mercer, Tures and Borhart were present. Attomey Cowlin was also present. The minutes of the December 17th meeting were read. Mr. Tores moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Wehzien. All Commisskmen voted aye and dii motioncarried. The Treasurer's Report was gWen. A motion to accept the report was made by Mr. Weltzien, seconded by Mr. Tures. AH CommissfaMiers voted aye and the motion carried. The bUls for the month were preaented.
