Phil received a plaque for becoming an XL Dealer. He also was awarded a framed certificate showing the goals which he had attained to become an XL Dealership • The Pen and Pencil set were presented to Wayne Beu, Farm Sales Manager by Mr. Freund for his efforts irt securing the XL award. This award was given to the Marlowes fbr their contributions to Illinois 4H.
