LIONS & LIONESS CLUB INSTALLATION
Last Saturday, May Bth, the Huntley Lions & Lioness Club held a joint installation at the American Legion. The Auxiliary served a delicious steak dinner.
Following the dinner. President Dorothy Schaller made a special presentation naming May Chesak as " Lioness of the Year.'"

The Chancel Choir of the First Congregational Church of Hunt¬ ley, under the direction of Miss Luann Lamz, will present a musical variety show rurn Your Radio On" combined with
a spaghetti dinner on June 18 and 19. There will be one show a^d serving on Friday at (}:J0 p.m. and two shows and servings on Saturday at 5:J0 and »;00p.m.

MEETING OF THE VILLAGE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The May 6th, 1982 meeting v^as held in the Village Hall in the Board Room and called to order at 8:00 p.m. by President Hnstrom.
Present were President En¬ strom, Trustees Berlin, Brown, Rudsinski, Dhamer, Wicke and Mercer, as well as Attomey Szura, Village Engineer Schwe¬ gel, members of the Public Works Department and the Chief of Police.
The minutes from the Regular Meeting of April 1st, 1982 and the Annual Meeting, of April 26th, 1982 were brought before the Board for approval. There being no additions nor correct¬ ions, they stood approved as presented.

I he Huntley American Legion Auxiliary will be having Poppy Day in Huntley, Friday, May 21, 1982.
As the slogan goes for this year is: "Help the Veteran Win the Race - WEAR A POPPY", may we ask that each of our Huntley citizens and area people, young and old both, support the veterans and proudly contribute and display your poppy on May 21, 1982 and ofrMemoria] Day. ^-
the proceeds donated from the Pttppy Ptogram Day Hxt. used to provide for the disabled veterans; widows and chUdren'of the veterans, from the programs of Veteran Affairs and Rehibiiitation and Children and Youth.

MEMORIAL DAY IN HUNTLEY
The Huntley American Legion Post #673 will conduct Memorial Uay services In honor of the nations war dead at 11 a.m. on Monday, May Jlst at the Huntley Cemetery, Commander Dennis Rudsinski of Huntley Post #673 announced today.
Chairman of this year's Memorial Day observance is Robert Schultz, who outlined some of the details of the post's Memorial Uay ceremonies. Schultz explained that this year's observance will include the following:
