ST. PATRICK'S DINNER-DANCE MARCH 14th
The Huntley Lion's Club is holding their fourth Annual St. Patrick's Dinner and Dance on March Mth at the Huntley
American Legion. Dinner wUl be served from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the dance will run from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Com Beef and Cabbage wUI be served with a little bit of the green.

The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held in the Board Room of the VUlage HaU oo Mardi 5, 1981 and brought to order bv
President Enstrom at 8:00 P.M. Preaent were President En¬ strom, Trustees Stroupe, Wicke, Rudsinski, Dhamer. Mercer and Lamb. Also attend¬ ing were Village Engineer Donald Schwegel, Attorney Szura and members of the Public Works Department.
The minutes of Uie February 5, 1981 meeting were the first order of business and after review by the members, a motion was made by Trustee Mercer, seconded by Trustee Rudsinski to approve the minutes as presented and upon roll call, all trustees voted aye and the motion carried.

Last Saturday, March 7th, the American Legion and AuxUiary held a Birthday Dinner-Dance to faelp celebrate its 62nd year. A large crowd was on band to sfaare in tfae festivities.
A delicious roast beef dinner was served by the 1st Congregational Celas Clnb witfa organ music being pfaiyed all daring tfae meal. Tfae cake was cut by Vbaty Weltzien, Pat WUliants. Bob SchuHz, and Don Enstrom. Bob Sctialtz served as MC Introducing dignitaries and Commader Rudsinaki, who thanked everyoae for coming and making tfae evening special.
AusUiaty President, Mrs. Mabel Schnltz, presented a diedt to Commader Rudsinski. whicfa wiU go towards the air oondMualag fiind. Mrs. Scfaultz sfaigled out Bamey Fife to his eating aUUties.
She then presented Auziliary members with pins. They were: SYEARS Junior member- KeUy Mattingly
