The President called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Upon roll call the following members answered present: Mrs. Basel, Mr. Spears, Mr. Reid, Mr. Pupich, Mrs. Living¬ ston and Mr. Zirk. Absent: Mr. Grismer. All present joined in the Pledge to the Flag. Mr. Reid moved Mr. Pupich 2nd to approve the minutes of the December 11, 1980 regular Board meeting, as written. The motion carried 6 yeas and 0 nays. Mr. Pupich moyed Mr. Reid 2nd to approve payment of the agenda of bills. Education $9,940.25, Operations, Build¬ ing, and Maintenance $11,394.81, Transportation $4,037.61. The motion carried with 6 yeas and 0 nays. Mrs. Basel moved Mr. Zirk 2nd to approve the following: 1. Agreement between owner I Members from the 1st Congregational Church and St. Mary s Catholic Church of Hnntley, gathered at the Congregational Church last Sunday, January 18th to partidpate in a service of prayer for Christian Unity. At the Congregational Church, Father Ainbre took the pulpit and gave the Homily. The Bell Choir performed. Following the service, the group led by die Junior Bell Choir of the Congregational Church walked in a procession to St. Mary s Continued on Page 7 and architect 2. Mr. Pupich moved Mrs. Basel 2nd to approve the lowest responsible bid of Wasco Blacksmith Shop to provide a Bob Cat Jag61 mower for the price of $4295. The motion carried 6 yeas and 0 nays. Mr. Pupich moved Mr. Reid 2nd to accept the low quote of .545 per $100 of payroll per month from Schools Insurince Fund to provide long term income protection, effective Feb. 1, 1981 or the earliest date thereafter consistent with the requirements for notice of termination to Kemper, benefits Continued on Page 12
