Village Board Annual Meeting
Ihc Anr.'jal Msstirg cf the Vill.'pe Board of Trustees was held in the Board Room of the Villajro Hall, April 23, 1S76 at 7:C() p.m.
The ;oll noted the foUcwing present: President Enstrom, Trii^tcis Stronpe, Manning, Ei¬ senmenger. Hrai.k, and Ackman with Trustee Lohneis absent.
The first order of business was tlie prescntaticn of appli¬ cations for liquor licenses for the year, May 1. '.976 to April 30, 1''77 alcn:'. with the required fees to President Enstrom. A motion was made hy Trustee Franiiv. seJo:''ded by Trustee Ackman. to issi ? Class A li¬ censes to the following: own Hap - Th3lma Sleffler: Huntley I ceJon Homo. Inc., I.ittle Am¬ erica Parkside T-td. Ofie ¦! Tap, Pineerest. Inc. Pfaff's Pui). Inc., and Bcwl-Hi Lanes, and tc issue a package Ircsnsc to .Joy Al Enterprises. Ltd. Uponi ri:ll call, all trustees vot«l aye and the inotion carried. In connevtion v.ith this order of birsincss, Mr. AVirsing of Park side Tap 'nquired about the pos: bi'ity cf having police -landinc by one-half hour be¬ fore closing ard fifteerv min¬ utes after. The Board noted that the police were in the area generally. Again, the tav¬ ern keepers were cautioned a- b( ut juvenile drinking.
Trustee Lohneis then enter¬ ed the meeting.
Pirsident Lnstrr;ii then call¬ ed Mrs. Thclna Stcfflsr and Mr. Trir Ramsey to present their request. Mr. Ramsey is in the process of purchasir.j; Town ap and requested that the liquor licrns? i.*: ucd to Town Tap be transferred to his own¬ ership at the time of final pur¬ chase The President stated that when transfer is made, there is a oO.OO fee to the Vil¬ lage anJ that he must make a satisfactory arrargemsnt with Mrs. S'effler as to pay¬ ment cf the license. He felt that by the May 6th meeting all should be finalized so that the transfer could be made at thai time.
Trustee S*ix)upe then made a iniotii-n, seconded by Trustee Lohneis, to instruct the Treas- luer and the accounting firm to make all in-lerfund trans¬ fers to balance all outstanding funda with the exception of IMRF on .ir before Aipril 30. 1976 l'pon roll call, all tnus- to( s \'oted aye and the motion carried.
