He later denied this to a representative of the HunWey Farm, side statang that he fired the gun in his yard at crows perched above his car. April Village Board Meeting

The mointhly Village Meeting was held In the Village Hall last Thuns¬ day night. AM members of the Board ¦were prese-nt. Tom Schermerhor^n, filling in for Village Attorney Mioti- ael Caldwell, was present at the meeting.
After the trusiteos n:'ad the monith's bills, the minirtos were read and the treasurer's report was given- Trustee Zimmerman and Trustee Acluiian voted against the payinj; of the bills. The no vole was cast. Trusftee Zdnunerman explained, be¬ oause of large amount of unneces¬ sary expenditures in the biUs.
A finiancijal report was given, trus¬ tee StTDtipe made a motion ta ap¬ prove this report, foUcwed by be¬ ing seconded by Trustee Frank. The vote carried all ayes.

Arnold W. Brendmuehl of Hunt¬ ley was arrested at 10:30 pjn. on Mardi 30, 1974, aooording to Hunt¬ ley tJohce. Brendmuehl struck a oar at the corner of Boute 47 and Algonquin Boad. He vrds charged with transporting of open alccAolic Uquor in an automobile, leaving the .scone of an accident involving an¬ other vehicle and driving while un¬ der the influence of alcohol.
