July 19, Thirteen giris paraded in swim suits and formals before th epudges and members of the press, after the dinner. Before din¬ ner the giris were interviewed by the judges. For this occasion, they wore street dresses. Huntley Planning Commission Meets On Wednesday, July 18th special meeting of the Himtley Planting Commission was held with, Mr, John Quay of the McHenry County Plan¬ ning Commission in the Board room of the Village Hall, President Ed Hayes, Secretary Charles Lamb, Commissionere Dhahmer, Macaben, Rowhiing, Hansen were presetnt Commfesloner Zimmerman absent. After listening to Mr. Quay the Commission decided to rec<mimend to the Village Board tint a profes¬ sional planning consultant be hired by the Village to assist them in planning land use in Huntley and the surrounding area. Subject to the a|>prov&l of the VMlage Board tlie Ptanning Commission intends to in¬ terview three planning, consultant firms and select one of these firms to represent them. School Registration Registration together with pay¬ ment of book fees and insurance for grade school children of Huntley District No, 168 will be held on August 14th. High sdiool wiil be registered the following day, Aug'- ust 16th. Hours for registration are 9 to 12 A.M. and 1 to 4 P.M. at the high sdiool offioe. Book rental for kindergarten is 16.00, while grades 1 thru 12 is 110.00. Schott insurance is available for a charge of $3.00 per student for grades Kindergarten through Sixth Grade and $4-50 per student for grades Seven through Twelfth,
