Boy Scout Pancake Day

May Village Board Meeting
The regular meeting of the Himt ley VUlage Board was held Thurs¬ day. May 4th at the board room! of ttie VUlage HsdI. Trustees En-j strom, Olhaber, Zimmerman, Cole,( Ackman, O'Connor, President Brill Clerk Enstrom and Attorney Caid well present. No one absent.

Mr. Marv Radloff was present atj the meeting stating that a stream] of water flowed behind his hoi on Sunset Drive. The water, Rad¬ loff steted, came from the school parking lot. He asked the viUag< if a manbole could be placed MUl Street and curb and gutter to' divert the "flow of vyoter.
Mr. RacUoff was instructed oontact tile Board of Education to see if they would pay half the cost to (Uvert the water.

Park Board Minutes
The regular meeting of the Hunt¬ ley Park District Board was held on Wednesday, April 26 1972 at 8:00 p.m. The meeting was called to oriier by Presidetri: Parisek with Commissioners Deidce, Mackeben, Parisek, Re»n and Tures present. Also present were Mr. Everett Sche flow-and Atty. Henry Cowlia
The Secretary was asked to read the minutes of ttie previous meet¬ ing of March 22, 1972, after whi(h a motion was made by Mr. Tures, seconded by Mr. Parisek, to approve the minutes as read. All Commiss¬ ioners voted aye and the miotion carried.
The Treasurers report was then presented showing a balance in the checking account of $22,036.53. A motion was made by Mr. Ream, seconded by Mr. Tures, to accept the report as read. All (Jbmmiss- ioners voted aye and the report was filed for audit.
The President then presented the monthly biUs t/ar payment after which a motion was macte by Mr. Tures, sec(]nded by Mr. Mackeben, to approve all bUls as presented. Upon roll oaU aU Commissioners voted aye and the motion carried. .
The president then recogiiize(fi Mr. Scheflow who presented tfae preliminary plans for tiie proposed garage-office building. Mr. Parisek then reported ttiat he iias found scmieone who wcmld possibly be interested in the job as Recreation Director for the parii. He stated that he would sciiedule a meeting and go over the details (rf the proposed job and make fiutfaer reports at future meetii^.
Next Mr. CowUn staled that there has been no word itom H.U.D. as yet in r^ly to his letter to them.
Mr Parisek then presented tfae board with a letter of request for tiie use of the baU (Uam(»d from Union Special Machine Company. He stated that he bad been in touch with tiieir represenititives and liad given them the r^ulations and end avaUable dates and that there had been no reply as yet The board was also presented with a request from the Little League for Mcwday and Friday evenings, which was a|^>rov ed.
A motion was then made to ap¬ prove Lester Witte and Company tto audit the books for tile 1971-72 flsoal period. Tbis niotion baving iieen made by Mr. Ream, waa sec onded by Mr. Tares. AU Cominlss- ioners voted aye and the motion carried.
A suggesition was then made that someone diould be appointed to take care of the schrubery at Ifae entrance way at the parlc. After some discussion it vaa decided that the caretaker would be able to. handle this job.
Next a moti(xi was made by Mr.* Ream, seixmded by Mr. Tures, to retain aiU present officers for die next year. All (ximmisstoners voted aye and the hiotlan carried.
A motion was made by Mr Ream^ seconded by Mr. Deicke, to retain Carol Weirich for Stcretary, Treasurer for tiie next two years. PARK BOARD
