The limit of insurance for single- Hanily homes is now $35,000, and $100,000 for other residential and nonneeiidential buildines, <ait the sub¬ sidized rate at 25 eenta per $100 of coverage. The rate goes to 40 oents per $100 for non-reaidential build- higs. The contents of aB residential bulldbi0s can be insured iq> to $10,- 000 per umtt at 35 oenfcs per $100 of ooverage, and the rate goes to 75 oents per $100 for the contents of «dl non-residentiiat structures up to a maximum of $100,000 in oover¬ age per unit. Poiioies are effective immediately during the first 30 days the insiu-- ance becomes ava&ibie. After the first 30 days, there is a 16-day waitinigr period.
