Cold, gusty, wintry winds, which rasiamhled tite Cta'istnias season raither than Easter, put a damper on the 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt last Saturday, March 29tii. The hunt for prensohool age chUdren was held in the ViUage Sgiuaaie. The Easter Bunmy and ber helpers: Big Bird, the Cookie Monster, and the Big Bee; passed out candy coloring txx^ and pup- pefts to the youngaters.
FoUowing the hunt at the square, the Ba»er Bunny and fihiends went to Deidoe Panic where a search was providied for children devlded into two srowps up to 8th grade. Cash

Huntley Police Capture Fugitive
On Friday, March 28th, CXfioers Ptak and Thomas arrested Eugene L. Protempa, 33, of Wlscot»sin for DWl. According to Hunitley Police, Protempa gave the officers a phony date of birth duning a routinia dieck which confused the poiioe .computer. This bothered the two offioers who ixmsuied the cheiok Hui'liier coming up with several (dates of birth. After extensive? chedc3, the correct date of Irirth was obtained and it was deter¬ mined that Pnotemp.! was wanted by several otiier police De{»rt- menlts for a variety of crimes.
Annual Blood Drive April 15th
On April 15, 1975, the American Legion Auxiliary Unit No. 673 of Huntiley ia again condoctlg iiie Blood Drive for this commumty. Tlie blood donations will be made at the American Legion Home at Hunttey 1 from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. 081 that date. This blood is beh^ colleoted for the Aurora Blood Dis¬ tribution Center.

Park Board Minutes
The regular meetin*: of the Hunt ley Park Distriot Board was held on Wednesday, March 26th, 1975 at 8:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by President Parisek, with Commissioners Mackeben, Parisek and Tures present and Commission¬ ers Deieke and Ream absent Abo in arttendance were Larry KaW and Dan Ziller and Norm Brettschneider of the Huntley Schooi Board.
The Secretary was askied to read the minutes of the previous meet¬ ing of 2-26-75, aftor which a motioo was made by Mr. Tures, seconded by Mr. Mackeben, to approve tho minutes as read. Ali Commissioneng voted aye and the motion oanried
The Treasurers report was then presented, showing a balance in the checking account of $20,154.34. A motion was made by Mr. Pariseic, seconded by Mr. Tores, to accept the report as read. All Commiaston. ers voted aye and the report was fUed for audit
The President then recognized the School Board memb«s and a fur¬ ther discussion of tiie proposed gym site possibilities took {daoe. No de¬ cision was made at this time. Hav- ing completed their buslnesB wife the board the School Board mem¬ bers left the meeting at this time.
The president Hien presented tiie monthly bills for payment, after which a motion was made by Mr. Tures, seoonded by Mr. Mackeben, to pay all biHs as presemted. Upon roS call all Ccmmissfonera voted aye and the motion carried.
