Jhfo Democratic
One cf the ot'ier Republican can- ddates, Bradley G. Bums, wishes to disqualify Republican candidate, Harry Schnell who has the coveted Inst plate on "the Republican liallot ('^r McHenry Conu'j Board in the lst district Primary Election t» be held Feb. 8.
It is understood that this giwup also wishes to "do away" with the Democratic Primary in the Feb. 8 election.
However this seems unlikely as it is said this would be a violation of the Dcmocratis ccaistitutional
right and would eliminate any write- in candidate.
This case will be heard on Nov. 24th, by Judge William J Gleason.
