Parade Marshalls - Edwin Deieke - Thomas Huntley
"HUNTLEY SALUTES SENIOR CITIZENS"
Saturday. August 14
11:00 A.M. Gigantic parade-School - grounds down Mill to South Myrtle to Main back to school grounds. Some bands will perform at Deieke Park, Rt. 47 South, following the parade. There will also be entertainment at the Village Square park during that time. Lunch will be available at the Congregational Church Social Hall and there will also be food stands at the park on Rt. 47.
OUR YOUTH"
3:00 P.M. Program at Deieke Park (Bus from down town for Seniors and those who need transportation). Prayer of application for our Senior Citizens by Rev, Dr. Robert Frank.
Musical concert by the Heritage Military Music Foundation. Inc. of Milwaukee.
8:00 P.M. Free Public Dance at the Huntley Fire Station. Music by the "Fabulous Associates" led by Darryle Boxleitner.
M, B. Weber will be Master of Ceremonies for all programs.

Sunday. August 15th
12:00 noon Homecoming picnic at Deieke Park - Bring your
lunch (there will also be food stands on the
grounds). Come and reminisce with old friends
and neighbors.
Music throughout the park by the "Hot
Licks" led by Lloyd Zimmer. Grand Award of the Beard Growing Contest. Games and entertainment for the young people sponsored by the Huntley Future Farmers. Games include a greased pig contest with prizes being 10% of the donations from the public. A greased watermelon contest will be held for the younger people. TheF.F.A. will also be serving dessert at the location of the Old Log Cabin during the afternoon 2:00 P.M. Program begins.

BEARD GRAND PRIZE
All gentlemen who wish to enter the finals for the grand prize for beard growing must register at the Courtesy Booth near the main gate at Deieke Park by 1 P.M. on Sunday August 15th. Judging will be done by some of the ladies and will be for best mtistache, best beard and best beard and mustache.
HUNTLEY HISTORICAL QUILT
Quilt tickets are on sale this week only to Huntley area resi¬ dents. Donation is 50c each and only 500 tickets will be sold. No tickets Will be sold after August Mth and the drawing will be late Sunday August ISth by the committee.
HUNTLEY PLATES AND MUGS ON SALE
The Courtesy Booth near the main ^. 'c at Deieke Park will have Huntluy plates and mugs and Bicentennial items. There are just a few plates and mugs left and they will not be reordered when these are sold. Be sure to get yours on August I4th and 15th.
HUNTLEY'S ANNIVERSARY PARADE NEWS
The Huntley Anniversary Com¬ mittee has completed their line up and have well over 100 entries for the August 14th parade which will start promptly at 11 A.M. The parade will assemble at the school grounds and proceed down Mill Street to S. Myrtle - tum West to Main where the reviewing stand will be located in front of the bank. Senior Citizens and digni¬ tary guests will be seated facing south in the downtown park. The parade will then continue to west main to Lincoln and end at the school grounds. Following the parade the various drum and bugle corps and bands will put on exhibitions on the school foot-ball field. Lunch stan : serving Brats, com, hot dogs, -nburger and pop will be manned by the Huntley Jaycees and Snowmobile Club and set up at Deieke Park, Rt. 47 South. A list of Other eating
