Motion was made by Commis¬ sioner Ream, and seconded by Com¬ missioner Parisek, that the secre¬ tary open and read the retum. The secretary then opened and read the retum which showed the fol¬ lowing votes cast for the persons indicated:
FIRST PRECINCT — For Com¬ missioner (six-year term): Edgar Ream 263, John M. Tures (263, Ed Piske I and Wayne Peterson 1. For Commissioner (two-year unexpired term); Harley H. Mackeben 227, Ed Piske I, Henry Garlieb 1, Roger Cole I, Leonard Ackman 1, Wayne Peterson I, Larry Smith 1, and Clyde Bakley  1.
Total ballots cast in First Pre¬ cinct 285.   Total ballots spoiled 12.

His fattor has been a volunteer fireman for 27 years in Barrington, Illinois.

MINUTES  OF THE  REGULAR
MEETING OF THE
HUNTLEY PARK DISTRICT
T^e regular meeting of the Hutit¬ iey Park District Board was held on Wednesday, April 28, 1971 at 8:00 p.m. Upon roU call those pre¬ sent were Commissioners Deicke, Macketon. Parisek, Piske and Ream. Also in attendance was Attorney Cowiin and Mr. John Tures, a visi¬ tor.
The President called for the readr ing of the minutes of tto pre^ous meettbg of 3-24-71, A motion was made by Mr. Deicke, seconded by Mr. Ream, to accept the minutes as iea4 Upon roU caU all Com- mfeslMiers voted aye and the mo¬ tion carried.
The minutes dl the Canvas Meet¬ ing were then read and a motion made by Mr. Mackeben, seconded by Mr. Piske to approve them as read. Upon roU call all Commis¬ sioners voted aye and tto motion cPrricd.
The Treasurers report was then presented. A motion was made by Mr. Parisek, seconded by Mr. Mack¬ eton to approve tto report as read. Upon roll call aU Commissioners voted aye and the report was filed for audit.
The President then presented tto monthly bills for payment A mo¬ tion was made by Mr. Diecke, sec¬ onded by Mr. Ream, to pay aU Wlls as presented. Upon roll caU all Com¬ missioners voted aye and the bills were presented to the Secretary for payment.
Attorney Cowiin then explained about title and deed for the road¬ way and noted that he hopes to tove it completed soon, so the new fencing can to installed.
The following requests were tton presented to the toard for the use of the park.

At this time a certificate of insur¬ ance was presented, issued by W. W? Rice Co. to Tto Lutheran Base¬ ball League, which stowed that the insurance requirements of The Park Dist., for use of the baU diamond, had been met. The Secretary was instructed to place the certificate on file.
Attorney Cowlint hen offered the board a purchase of the 1971 III. Revised Statutes. After some dis¬ cussion the board decided to wait until they have their own offices to take advantage of such information.
A motion was then made by Mr. Mackeben, seconded by Mr. Parisek, to retain Mr. Wm. FroehUck of Lester Witte & C:o., as auditor for the coming year. Upon roll caU all Commissioners voted aye and the motion carried.
Next a motion was made by Mr. Deicke, seconded by Mr. Piske to have Bierman Imp. Co. fill in and seed the holes in the park and to landscape tto old roadways. Upon roU oaU all- Commissioners voted aye and the motion carried.
It was noted that the tractor should to greased and oiled, and decided that all Commissionera should look for po^tsiblt storage PARK BOARD

April Fools Show
The Huntiey PTA presented its 4th annual AprU Fools Show on Saturday, May Ist, at the Humley school auditorium. Although the at¬ tendance was not what it has been in tto past, ttose who were there were treated to an evening worth rememtoring,   and   everyone   went
tome just a little out of breath from laughing so much. Because of the favorable reaction of those who saw the show we are planning to present another performance in the near future.
