The meetmg was oaMed to ordw at 8:15 p.m. by Vice President Mackeben who conducted tlie meet¬ ing in the absence of President P»%ek. Upon roll call those pre¬ sent were Oommissioners Deicke, Mackeben and Tures, with Commis- sioncTS Parisek and Ream absent.
