Tho criminal complaint which wa> filed againi>t Mr. Eme.sti in 1974 by Donald F McKeating Jr. states "that he, Charles S. Ernesti, did knowingly resist the performance of Donald F. McKeating Jr. of an authorized act with liis capacity be¬ ing issued a traffic citMlon, know¬ ing that oficer Donald F. McKeating Jr. to be a peace oficer, engaged in execution of his <tfficial duties in that Charles S. Eniesti attempted to physically resist and escape."
Mr. Ernesti pleads not guHty to both cihargos and demanded a jury trial. This trial, according to a clerk ill the reoordeis office, ts set for the March jury trial. Mr. Emesti has also demanded a jury trial in tho $400,000 case against the Vil¬ lage.

The following have filed to fill tho ? positions on the Huntley Village Board: Robert Lang, AH.hur Wioke, Wm, Fisenmengor, Paid Lohneis, T.eonard Ackman and Richard Cole. Mary Lou Havdy filed for Village Clerk lo fill tlic unexpired term of Richard Fn.slrom.
On the Huntley Park Boaixi, John M. Tures and I'aiil Mercer, Jr. have filled for the 2 6 year terms; Wm. Kuth has filed for the one 4 year term; and Raymond Frank Parisek and Gordon Diedrick have filed for tho one 2 year term.
Both the Park and ViUage elect¬ ions will bo held on April 15 at the Village Hall.
Sticker Deadline March 1st
A spokesman for tlie Village of Huntloy announced today that the Village Hall office will be open 8:30 to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday through Sat¬ urday fo permit residents to pur- cha'^'e vehicle stickers. The deadline for purchasing ;vnd displaying these stickei-s is March 1st after that date unstickered village vehicles are subject to a traffic citation plus a Iato penalty.

Village Board Minutes
The Regular meeting of the Vill¬ age Board of Trustees was held in the Board Room of the Village Hall, Thursday evening, February 6, 1975 at 7:30 P.M.
The following officers were pre- "^^ent: President Enstrom. Trustees Ackman, Stroupe, Frank, Manning, Epgei-s; as well as Attorney Cald¬ well, Pcixry Swanson and Randj' Wtxxlman.
The meeting was called to order at which time the January 2, 1975 minutes were pricsontod, .\ motion was made by Tru-stce Frank, secon¬ ded by Trustee Ackman, to approve tho minutes as presented, and upon roll call, all monibers voted aye and they stood approved.
Next, the Treasurer's report wa.s read and discusised as well as the Managerial Report. The Clerk was nstiwctcd to advise the audit firm to give the tnistees a copy of this report at least a week in advance of the coming vil'Iagc board meet¬ ing yo tbat it could be stucfied before .-ipproving. Trustee Stroupe made a motion, seconded by Trustee Man¬ ning, to appi'ove the Treasurer's ix?- port, and uFK>n roll call, all trustees voted aye and tho Treausner's re¬ port wais ^>proved.
A motion was made by Trustee Ackman, seconded by Trustee Egg- el's, to approve all bills and to have orders drawn on tlie Treasurm- for their amount. Motion carried.

The vareity Redsking hosted the Hebion Green Giants last Friday night in a little Eight Conference game, and assured themselves of a share of the conference title, whip¬ ping the Giants 97-64. convincing ways of last week's con¬ ference touniament victory. They shot a clean lifty-onc pei-cent from the field while the Giants ended with tbirty^four percent. Hetoron coach Al Chimicl substituted quite often.
The hosts led from the start, «^n inp up a 10-1 bulge in the first three minutes of play and went on to lead by a 20-11 score at the end of the first quarter. Steve Nepennann had Uio hot hand n the opening quartei- for the 'Skins, canning 10 points. To show Hebron's substitution, tiie Giartts used eight players in the opening quartea*.
The Redskins continued to charge at the Giants .«econd quarter. Steve Ncperman continued to be hot for the Redskins as ho taHied 16 point*; in tile quarter while Bill Koch aJso was hot with 7 points. The first half ends with tho hosts leading by a 45- 29 score.

Hobo Dinner March 1st
It's that time of the year again when the First Congregational ChuTCih's Chancel Choir prescmt their annual Hobo Show.
ThLs years show is March 1st, and it is on a minstrel tliemc. Tickets go on sale February 16, following the 10:45 Church service.
The tickets are $3.00 for adults and $ 1.00 for children. You oan ako get your tickets by contacting Mrs. Don Hai-dy at 669-5522. There is a 5:30 and 8:00 setting.

25th Annual Credit Union Meeting
The Huntley Community Credit Union held its 25th Annual meeting? on Wednesday evening, Febrniiary 5th at the Congregational Church Social Hall in Huntley.
Larry Smith. Special Representat¬ ive for Ceina Mutual Insurance Soc¬ iety, Ins.. was in attendance to pre¬ sent a plaque commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Credit UniMi.
Smith presonted the plaque to Magnus Bunrgard, Pi-esident of tbe Cnedit Union and noted the fact that members of the credit union had benefited from credit Ufe insurance and life savings inaurance at no cost to them. This benefit has been provided since the inception of tfae Credit Union and is In addition to the dividend paid on savings. Menil Theviot, Field Representat¬ ive of the Illinois CreditU nion Lea. gue, challenged the members pre¬ sent to more participation in Oredft union member services. Officers elected for the new year were Magrais Bundgard, President; Walter Burmeister, Vioe President; Bade B. Johnson, Treasiurer; aod C;arl E. Itunge, Secretary.
