School Board Meeting
The foUowing are the minutes of the Huntley Board of Education meeting of January 26. 1970.
Mr. Bein, Mr. Jirik. Miss Mac¬ keben, Mr. Bastian and Mrs. Thrun wore present at the meeting. Mr. Stading and Dr. Grau absent.
A motion was made by Mr. Bein, seconded by Mrs. Thrun to pay J & H Construction Co. for charge order No. 2   for new shop. 5 ayes.
A motion was made by Mrs. Th-un seconded by Mr. Bein to app ovc of the application of Sile and Larry Kahl to attend a Jr. College. (Application for financial aid.)  5 ayes.

NOTICE TO DISPOSABLE DIAPER USERS
In a 7 weeks' period, the city sewer line in Bakley subdivision was blocked twice. Blockage was due to an accumulation of dispos¬ able diapers. As stated on the pack¬ age, they are not te be flushed into the sewer. The cost of service of a rodding company plus the dis pleasure of sewer back-up. to in¬ dividual homes make this a great problem. Those diapers clog lift stations and main plants so that all towns have restrictions against flushing them into the sanitary sewer.
This is a very serious problem and we hope every one will cooper¬ ate. However, if it continues, we can and will take the time to find the offenders and the responsibilly will be theirs.

Huntley Scouts To Become Eagle Scouts
HUNTLEY, 111. — A recogni¬ tion ceremony for all t=,agle Scouts of 1969 will be held at 3:30 Sunday afternoon, Feb. 1, at Sherwood Lodge at Rbekfbtd.
The ceremonies will be led by William Harrison Petntige of Chi¬ cago, vice president of the National al Council, Boy Scouts of America and former chairman o( Region Sev¬ en.
Fetridge has been a mcmbei of the national ¦ council for many years, and has served as chairman of the Boys' Life committee.
Six Boy Scouts from McHenrj County have earned the Eagle Scout award and plan to attend the af¬ fair.
They are Steve Ellis of Explorer Post 169, sponsored oy St. John Lutheran Church, Woodstock; Scott Weltien and Patrick Donahue, both of Huntley Troop 167, sponsored by the United Church of Christ at Himtley.
Gerald and Dale Croskinsky, brothers in Boy Scout Troop 170 sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church at Harvard and Ronald Murphy of Boy Scout Troop 171 at Harvard, sponsored by the Metho¬ dist Church in that city.
Scouts To Freeze-Out
The Leaders of Huntley Boy Scout Troop 167 announce that the Kishwaukee Freeze Out Camp Out will be held January 31 and February 1, 1970 at Bunhan Road, Union, Illinois. This is the same place as the campout was held last year.
Activhies include: Sewing Con- tost Chopping, Sled Race, Fire Building Contest, and Log RoUio;
This camping trip's pdrpose is three fold — fun. fellowship and practice of Scout craft skills. Mr. Clyde Huntington is the chaimua for this activity. Last year scouts left the camp site in good condition and for that reason were asked back. The Scouts are expected not to damage and standing trees - alive or dead. Water will be availage at the Himtington's home durini; the day. Each Scout is asked to bring enough warm cloths and bedding plus one can of some kind of soup. The soup will provide a hot drink for the scouts just before the camp- fire Saturday evening. Each Troop will plan its own menu by patrols. Ground fires are permisseble. Scouts are to be informed that there will be Webelos Scouts visit ing Scouts during Saturday After noon. In the sled race activity, last year's sleds may be used again this year.

FFA - FHA Chicken Fry
Members of Huntley's FFA and FHA cooperated to prepare a Chic¬ ken Dinner to be shared last Friday, Jan. 23, after school. The FFA boys Charcot Bar-B-C}ued cockerals that they had dressed out after running feeding trials oa item.
Over 150 birds were bittchered and either Bar-B-Qued or frozen for a future repeat of the event
The girls prepared various dishes to (fisplay their Home Economie skills, that included vegetables, ••lads aad desserts.
