Veterans Day
Veterans Day, Nov. 11, will offer an opportunity to the citizens of Huntley to participate in a nation¬ wide expression of unity and pride in our Nation, Commander Jim Man¬ ning of Huntley Post 67.^ of the American Legion announced today.
The observance of Veterans Day in Huntley is being sponsored by Post 673. feaidling the arrange¬ ments is a S^fial committee under the chairmanship of Robert Schultz. The speaker for the occasion will be Rev. Robert Frank, of the Con¬ gregational Church of Huntley.
The observance will be held in front of the American Legion Home, at the base of the Eternal Flame wihich bums in honor of the deceas¬ ed men and women of our Nation's wars. The Eternal Flame was pre¬ sented to the Legion by the Auxil- CoatiiMed oa Pace Two VETERANS DAY
