Mrs. Nelaon stated that on Al)ril 19, a vote would be taken, at which time the people of Crystal Lake, Crystal Vista, Crystal Gardens, the North Shore and surrounding areas would de¬ cide wheather «¦ not to annex to the city. Mrs. Nelson stated she felt the annexation would pass and that there was no need to es¬ tablish 15,000.00 for local impro¬ vements as this would be handled by the city of Oystal liake. Mrs. Nelson began to read a, letter but was stopped on a "point of order" by Joe Parker of Crystal Vista who stated that the letter on annexat¬ ion did not pertain to the budget.
Mr. Fetzner asked what the township road specifications were. He was told that the township road specifications could be found at the McHenry County Highway Dept. oAceS, such specifications being uniform for each township in tiie county.

Foguty said also it is the only.'fel^d>te
