Barn Fire at GlissendorFs
The mendjers of the Huntley Fire Department responded to a caU to extto«ui^ a barn fire at the residence of Don Glissendorf, on the fann belonging to the late Tra«k Drendel, south ofH untley on Route 47, last Monday about
11:30 p.m.
The lissendorf's expenenced a power failure at about 10.30 and phoned Vernon Drendel who was investigatingthe fuses vAien he noticed a red gikw near the barn. He inmiediately called the Huntley Fire Department who were on the scent within a very few minutes.
Many of the firemen were bowl¬ ing at the time on the Monday ni^t men's league at Bowl-Hi Lanes at the north edge of muntley and they aKwared at the fire in bowling shirts and shoes. The fire¬ men pulled burning and smoking straw from the bam and exttn- guLshed the blaze before it could conaume the barn.

Dr. Hernan^x Moves Practice
On Monday, Dec. 20, Dr. E. S. Hernandez will move his office from HunUey to 309 Ryerson Ave. in Elgin. The doctor prepared a letter wiiicii he sent to his patients and which is being printed in the Fannside in case he failed to in¬ dude any of his trksaOa or pa¬ tients. I would like to keep the same relationship with all of my patients that I have enjoyed in the past and to continue to give you the same medical service. My new phone number will be SH 1-0153, but tm- til Dec. 20th you may continue to readh me at 869-5144. My residence and emergency idione mmitoer will StUl be 428-3240.

Dr. Hernandez stated to the Fannside that he regrets leaving Huntley. He stated that he had given much time and thought be¬ fore coming to the decision to lo- catehis office doserto the two hos¬ pitals in which he practtees, that he felt this location would be more centrally located for most of his patients and he would be able to give them better service. He stated that he is confident of the poten¬ tial in HunUey and tinat in the event a full tine doctor comes to Huntley, he would advise his Hunt¬ ley patients to welcome him and use his services. Dr. Hernandez stated tlttt he will oontinoe to serve any of his HunUey patients who wWi to contact him at Ms new location.

Sports Results 6-1 Record
The Huntley Varaitjr now has a record of 6 wins and 1 loss as a result of their two victories last week. Their conference record is 2 and 0.
The Redskins got a balanced scoring attack on Dec. 10 and as a result defeated a taller Hebron team 75 to 68.
Four of the Huntley squad were in double figures. Weber led with 28, Enstrom chippe din with 20. Rasmussen scored 14 and transfer student Frite Harm no¬ ted 11. This game was a very closely called game on the part of the officials. At the final hom 60 fouls had been called. Jr. Varsity
After 7 games the Huntley Jr. Varsity still remains undefeated. Their record is 7 and 0. The JV's showed much improvement in their two encounters last week. If this improvemenet continues

Run-a%vay Boy Adtnits Theft
The 15-year old boy was arrest¬ ed in ary, Indiana la^ wede for loitering near the park has been returned and is now in custody in the McHenry County jail In wood- stock.
According to Huntley police the boy has confesed to taking an automibile belonging to Richard Michelsen, stating that he aban¬ doned it somewhere in CSiicago in an area inhabited primarily by. the Negro i-ace. Huntley police have not yet found the Michelsen car.
