The pollciea provide for: Death benefit, |1,000; loss of both feet, ISOO; losa of one foot, $2B0; lots of both handt, |500; loss of one hand, 9150; lose of one hand andone foot, $500; loss of both eyea, (600; lott ot one eye, $100.
There are no restrictions as.to oc- enpatlons. No medical examination. Men, women and children accepted In good health between the ages of 12 and 60 years.
The tnemberthip fee Jt |6.00 for a certificate, one dollar assessment on each member for each death, and one., dollar per year duea.
This plan taas been tried out for the past 20 years and bas proven to be tuccesaful, providing )>enefits at an extremely small cost.
Applications are now being re¬ ceived. Office will temporarily be with Attomey H. S. WlUlama, In the IiHora National )?ank building. Later will have an office of their own in the same building.
The officera tay that later there will be tome restrictions made aa to occupations and tn some of the bene¬ fits. It appears that it would be bet¬ ter to apply now rather than risk waiting and probably be placed in a prohibited occupation.
