For the purpose of constructmjj a system of waterworks, and to provide a fund for thnt purpose, and for the purpose of Bupplyinu water to tho inhabitants of said City, and for public use, the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (*3.500.00);, ...
For the imynienlof all expenses and salaries of the Board of I.rbcal Iiiiprovemcnts,.and the public or oity cntjineer of the City of Flora, and for the payment of costs and C'cpenses of levying and collectrnif
I special assessments for local im¬ provements in said City, the sufn of Two Thousand DoUars (*2000.- 00);
For the pa.vraent of such share or part of nil specicl as.se8S'ment for local iiuproveinonls in, Said City of Floru, as may bei payably b.v the piililic or by the Citjfcof Flora, the siiiti of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars.(J2500.00).
