Last spring, uotlces were sent by the Flora city authorities to property owners proposing the paTlng of cer¬ uin streets. QulU a number ot tha property ownera affecUd oVganlsed in opposition and the project waa dropped.
"The flrst ot this week proposed paving notices were sent property owners, but the paving plan has been modlfled and ts not so large a pro¬ gram as the tormer one.
Following are the streets to be paved:
