The nominating committee, com- pesed of Bd Mana, F. L. Medley snd T. J. Friend, reported tbe following reoommendattons for officers durtng the eoming year, which report was adopted:

Secretary—L. M. Wood.
Asst. Beeretary—A. O. Gsddis.
Treasurer—C. B. Hemphill.
President R. H. Grant, retiring this year, thanked tbe members for their tine cooperation. President-elect Pritchett was then called on, and made a few remarka.,
