Tha Loyal Danghters class ot the Flora Chrtstlaa Sunday school held a Boeial In the ehnreh basement laat Tuesday night and a flne time was had.
After a good aoeial time, refresh¬ ments were served, followed by an old-tashioned tatry pull.

\ One ot the seascn's enjoyable parties was that ot Tuesday after¬ noon when Mrs. C. E. Wright enter¬ tained a group of little friends tor her daughter, Geraldlne. The home was tn gala array for the Christmas time. A glittering Christmas tree taking flrst place, garlands, bells and tinsel were used offectlvely. Some interesting games and: contests -were planned for entertainment. Helen McMahan and Evelyn Shepard were prise winners. Mias Fry and her pupils are to be commended tor undertaking the work this year. Ttiey are willing to con¬ duct an antaual recital for charity funds and desire to have the coopera¬ tion ot all such organisations in the leity.

The families ot L. M. and Earl Wood held their Chrutmas tree fes¬ tivities al the L. M. Wood home. North Main and Sixth St., last Sat¬ urday. After tho tree had been un¬ loaded and the blS and little folks had received "Santa's" gifts, dinner was served.

Later they entered the dining rooBfi. On the dining table waa an attractive centerpiece ot a small Santa Claus emerging from a chim¬ ney surrounded by snow. Snowballs containing favors were piled againat the chimney. The tavora, which were tiny toys, furnished much amusement. The hostess served very delectable refreshments. At a late hour they regretfully departed declaring their editor-ln-chiet to be a very delightful hostess. '
