S. li¬ cense which estahlished his right to prai'tice in «ny court. His record as a counselor fur all these years has been clean and etlicient.
In iwl he was elected county judge and could have easily have been re¬ elected out declined to run. lie was a candidate for county treasurer In Iltld.
