Being well known among the railway em¬ ployees, lier rooms were soon laken: ttie meals she ,served were bouiitiful and at once allraeted a large number of regular boarders. She has been very successful from tlie start and deservedly so, as her excellent service at llie tables, and weli kept rooms make lier house a home fur the rail road Imys who are shown every kindness and courtesy ut all times

Mr. Illcker Is a long time resident of Klora. lie keeps horses and rigs for litre and cares for horses lielong¬ ing to others. He was formerly in the harness business, but purchased the present biisiiiesis from Walton & Nale a fevvyears ago and made it ids exclusive occupation.
