The above taxing district is the appellant in this
case and originally filed with PTAB on 1-31-07. PTAB
has granted a total of 270 days. The last extension
expired on 1-21-08. Requesting additional time up to
and including 4-21-08. Appellant states that this is
a nuclear power station and is extremely complex.
They are still in the process of researching,
reviewing and compiling evidence. A proposed
settlement agreement will be considered at the next
Board of Education meeting.
