The parties of record before the Property Tax Appeal Board
(hereinafter PTAB) are Sheldon Stern, the appellant, by Attorneys
Gordon Millner and David Bass with the law firm of Fagel Haber in
Chicago; and the Cook County Board of Review.
Pursuant to Section 1910.73 of the PTAB's official rules, several
pre-hearing conferences were held at which time the
aforementioned parties were present. As a result of said
conferences, the parties reached an agreement as to the correct
assessment of the subject property. This assessment agreement
was presented to and considered by the PTAB.
After reviewing the record and considering the evidence
submitted, the PTAB finds that it has jurisdiction over the
parties and the subject matter of this Cook County appeal. The
PTAB further finds that the agreement of the parties is proper,
and that the correct assessed valuation of the property is as
