St. Clair County has had an extension of 150 days to
submit evidence. Requesting an additional 30 days for
possible settlement.
Recommendation: Grant final 30-day extension.
b. Belmont Village: #05-01564-C-3 (DuPage)
DuPage County has had an extension of 210 days to
submit evidence. Requesting an additional 60 days
while waiting for the 2004 decision on this appeal.
Recommendation: Grant 60-day extension. 2004
decision is on Board Agenda for the 7-17-07 meeting.
c. Victor Morgenstern: #05-01182-R-3 (Lake)
Lake County has had an extension of 90 days to submit
evidence. Requesting an additional 30 days to build a
more effective defense.
