Atul Shah: 06-01225-R-1 (Lake)
In each of the above appeals, the appellant's first
extension was granted on 6-6-07. Each has had a total
of 120 days to submit evidence. Appellant requests an
additional 90 days to submit evidence due to
conflicting legal obligations.
b. The Lakes at Waterford: 05-01086-C-2 (Kane)
Kane County's first extension was granted on 7-16-07.
A total of 90 days has been granted by PTAB. County
is requesting an additional 90 days. Letter from
County indicates that they have entered into a verbal
agreement to participate with the City of Aurora who
has intervened in this appeal and need time to prepare
a case for this appeal. City of Aurora currently has
a pending extension that is set to expire on 2-14-08.
