a. Deland-Weldon CUSD #57: #06-00186-I-3 (Piatt)
Appellant's first extension was granted on 3-8-07 and
has had a total of 180 days. This appeal involves a
power generating facility and is also the subject of
appeals for tax years 2003 and 2004 which are still
pending. Submitted with the extension request is a
signed joint motion for a continuance in both the 2004
and 2006 cases until the 2003 case is resolved.
Appellant requests an extension of time until final
resolution of the 2003 case or 90 days for the filing
of evidence.
b. Lori & Bruce Berman: #05-26550-R-1 (Cook – New Trier)
In this residential appeal the appellant's first
extension was granted on 1-3-07 and has had 90 days
total granted by PTAB since. Appellant's
correspondence, dated 9-23-07, is requesting an
additional 60 days to file supporting documentation.
