In each of these appeals Lake County has had an
extension of 90 days to submit evidence. Requesting
an additional 60 days to prepare appraisals for
properties. Attached to request is a letter from the
Assistant Chief County Assessment Officer (ACCAO)
indicating he is in the process of preparing
appraisals and requests 60 days.
Recommendation: Grant 60 day extension for each
appeal.
