Property Tax Appeal Board Meeting
Held on April 17, 2007
Des Plaines, Illinois
1. ROLL CALL: Carlos Montoya, Chairman; Sharon Thompson;
Michael Goral; Walter Gorski

Chairman Montoya convened the meeting at 10:15 a.m.
2. Approval of the Board Minutes for the March 13, 2007
Meeting:
Mr. Gorski moved to approve the minutes of the March
13,2007 Board Meeting. Ms. Thompson seconded the motion.
The motion carried unanimously.
3. Executive Director Report:
Items 43, 44, 45 on Attachment A of the agenda are to be
withdrawn.
Our office continues to find ways to get through our
backlog. We have extended the hours of the hearing
officers and though their hearings will be lighter during
the summer months, a heavy schedule will resume in the
fall.
The second correspondence will be going out to the
appellant's attorneys on April 25th.
