In each of the above appeals, the appellant originally filed with PTAB on 4-24-08.
A total of 120 days has been granted to submit evidence. Appellant is requesting
an additional 60 days to compile and formulate legal arguments. Appellant
submitted no additional reason for delay in submitting evidence.
