a. Shannon Court Ltd. Partnership: #02-30354-C-2 (Cook – Hanover)
Intervenor, Elgin School District U-46, originally filed with PTAB on 1-20-09. A
total of 90 days has been granted for submission of evidence. Intervenor is
requesting an additional 30 days to complete evidence, no additional reason given
for extension request. PTAB has issued decisions in the 2001 and 2003 appeals
reducing the assessment for each year.
b. Marquette Bank: #07-20802-C-2 (Cook – Orland)
Intervenors, Orland School District #135 and School District #230, originally
filed with PTAB on 12-23-08. A total of 90 days has been granted to each
intervenor. Both intervenors are requesting an additional 30 days to complete
evidence, no additional reason given for extension request.
c. General Electric Company: #07-20787-I-2 (Cook – Cicero)
Intervenor, Cicero Public S.D. #99, originally filed with PTAB on 1-14-09. A
total of 90 days has been granted for submission of evidence. Intervenor is
requesting an additional 90 days to submit an appraisal that will be considered
evidence. A letter from appraiser is not included with request. The intervenor has
previously rejected a proposed stipulation.
