In each of the above appeals, the intervenors, Palatine Twp HSD 211 and
Schaumburg CCSD 54, originally filed with PTAB in 5/09 or 6/09. A total of 90
days has been granted for the submission of evidence with the latest extension
expiring on 10-23-09. Both intervenors are requesting an additional 30 days to
complete review and prepare materials for filing.
